1. PRODUCTS WE SELL

Shantell’s Natural Hair offers:

  • Hair and skincare products
  • Lip gloss base and cosmetic ingredients
  • Lip gloss syringe starter kits
  • Kids lip gloss kits
  • Cosmetic containers and supplies
  • Digital products, courses, and services

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see it
  • Contact us if you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time

3. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Retail Orders: 2–4 business days
  • Wholesale Orders: 3–10 business days
  • Digital Orders: Delivered via email within 3–4 hours

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. If delays occur, you will be notified by email.

5. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 3–12 business days

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.


6. SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs vary based on destination, order size, and selected shipping option
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order is in transit

7. TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • Use the tracking number to monitor delivery status
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows “Delivered”
  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address

8. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • We are not responsible for packages opened, delayed, damaged, or mishandled by the shipping carrier
  • If products melt during transit, allow them to cool at room temperature or place them in a cool, dry area or refrigerator

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • NO REFUNDS
  • NO RETURNS

Refunds are issued only if an order is canceled by us before shipment or in the event of a duplicate charge caused by a system error.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, ALL cosmetic and personal care products are FINAL SALE.


This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Lip glosses (clear, pink, tinted)
  • Lip gloss kits & cosmetic kits
  • Wholesale lip glosses
  • Haircare products
  • Skincare products
  • Body butters
  • Hair growth oils
  • Any cosmetic, beauty, or personal care item



Once an item has been purchased, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.





📦 DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS (REPLACEMENT ONLY)



If an item arrives damaged or missing from your order:


  • We offer REPLACEMENT ONLY
  • Refunds will not be issued for damaged or missing items




Requirements:



  • Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo and/or video proof is required
  • Packaging and item condition must be shown clearly






🔍 INVESTIGATION POLICY (IMPORTANT)



All damaged or missing item claims are subject to a thorough internal investigation before any replacement is approved.


This may include:


  • Reviewing order records
  • Reviewing packing photos/videos
  • Reviewing shipment details
  • Verifying claim accuracy



False or unverified claims will be denied.





🚫 NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS



The following do NOT qualify for refunds or replacements:


  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Misunderstanding of product color, scent, texture, or size
  • Natural variations due to handcrafted formulation
  • Improper storage after delivery (heat, moisture, contamination)
  • Used, opened, or tampered products
  • Claims submitted outside the 24-hour window

are normal and expected and do not indicate defects, spoilage, or mold.

All pop-up, event, and in-person purchases are FINAL SALE.

Please inspect items before purchase.





⚖️ POLICY AGREEMENT



By purchasing from Shantell’s Natural Hair, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy in full.

ALL COSMETIC SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or returns are accepted.

Damaged or missing items may be replaced (not refunded) with proof submitted within 24 hours.

Everyone reacts differently to cosmetic products. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

If you are hired or engaged as an independent contractor by Shantell’s Natural Hair, all terms are governed by the contract you sign.
